Alberto Olvera Pantoja, age 60, of Oxford, Pennsylvania, passed away on February 16, 2026, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was the husband of Araceli Aguilera de Olvera, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage. Born in Yuriria, Guanajuato, Mexico, he was a son of the late Jose Olvera and the late Socorro Pantoja Olvera.

Alberto worked for many years at Kaolin Mushroom Farm (South Mill) in Kennett Square, PA.

In his spare time, he enjoyed watching sports, especially the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. Alberto was also very good cook, his Puerto Rican rice and carnitas being a favorite of his family and friends.

He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Who always looked out for his friends and family any time he could.

He will be missed for his affection towards his grandkids and his kids; for watching sports with his family and his wonderful cooking.

In addition to his wife, he is survived his children, Lalo Olvera Aguilera, Jonny Olvera Aguilera, and Guadalupe Olvera Aguilera; his grandchildren, Valeria, Alianna, Madison, Itzaly, Julian, and Yaritza; and his siblings, Juana, Raul, Jesus, Leticia, Paulina, and Oralia.

You are invited to visit with Alberto’s family and friends from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at St. Rocco's Catholic Church, 333 Sunny Dell Road, Avondale, PA 19311. His Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at Oxford Cemetery 220 North Third Street, Oxford, PA 19363 following the Mass.

Alberto Olvera Pantoja, de 60 años, de Oxford, Pensilvania, falleció el 16 de febrero de 2026 en el Hospital de la Universidad de Pensilvania en Filadelfia, Pensilvania. Era el esposo de Araceli Aguilera de Olvera, con quien compartió 37 años de matrimonio. Nacido en Yuriria, Guanajuato, México, era hijo del difunto José Olvera y de la difunta Socorro Pantoja Olvera.

Alberto trabajó durante muchos años en la granja Kaolin Mushroom Farm (South Mill) en Kennett Square, Pensilvania.

Familia y amigos de Alberto están invitados de 11:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m. el miércoles 25 de febrero de 2026 en la iglesia católica St. Rocco's, 333 Sunny Dell Road, Avondale, PA 19311. La misa fúnebre se celebrará a continuación, a las 12:00 p. m. El entierro tendrá lugar en el cementerio Oxford Cemetery, 220 North Third St.
