Matthew J. Grieco

Matthew J. Grieco

Managing Funeral Director, Celebrant

Matt found his calling to Funeral Directing at the age of 19 after experiencing the loss of two stepfathers in 1990 and 1992. For over 20 years, Matt was part owner and managing director of many firms in Southern Chester County PA and Northern DE. As a Certified Celebrant, Matt helps our client families create personalized events which help tell the story of a life well lived. As an experienced trumpeter, Matt is honored to offer the sounding of taps for our Veteran families and other special tunes for all types of events. Matt is married to Sherry J. Grieco and has three children, Jordan, Wilson, and Peyton. In his spare time, Matt enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and gardening. He has been a Rotarian for over 22 years and enjoys giving back to the community through local non-profit organizations.

Susan Grieco

Business Manager

Susan is originally from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  She graduated from Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania and has worked in the financial securities, medical, and title insurance industries.  Most recently as a settlement agent with Chadds Ford Abstract, she brings a client focused, process-oriented approach to the funeral business.  With goals of, first and foremost, the care of grieving families, while streamlining behind the scenes in an efficient and organized manner.  Susan is also a Certfied Grief Educator, having completed a course offered by grief expert, David Kessler. 


She is Matt’s sister and is the mother of Sydney, Sabrina, and Logan.  During her down time, she enjoys house projects, listening to podcasts, introspective conversations, and time with family and friends.

Carin Bonifacino

Celebrant, Reverend, Funeral Director Assistant

Carin Bonifacino is a lifelong resident of the Kennett Square area and spent the first half of her life working in various aspects of the field of horticulture.  At mid-life she decided to switch careers after the deaths of some significant people in her life.  Carin works as a Funeral Director’s Assistant, is an active funeral and memorial service celebrant, and is also the co-founder of “Friends of Green Burial PA,” a non-profit organization that does education and advocacy around natural burial in the state of Pennsylvania.  Carin writes the “Notes from a Funeral Home” blog for both Grieco and Naugle funeral homes.  https://www.griecofunerals.com/notes-from-a-funeral-home 

Sherry Katzbeck

Office Manager

Sherry was born in Wescosville, PA. She grew up in Allentown and graduated from William Allen High School. Since high school, Sherry has worked as an accountant in various positions before joining Naugle in 2018. Sherry has proudly been married to her husband, John, since April 1994. Sherry manages the books and office procedures, she has a great attention to detail, and keeps the team on track. Sherry is also a certified Notary Public for the state of Pennsylvania.


In her spare time, Sherry enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her three adorable cats. She also loves attending racing events and all things MOPAR, especially her 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T, her classic 1971 Plymouth Barracuda ,and 1967 Plymouth Satellite.


Nicholas R. Andreas

Licensed Funeral Director

Nick has been helping grieving families in funeral homes for 18 years. After many years of assisting, he became a licensed funeral director in 2011 and continued his career in Allentown. In 2016 he moved to Quakertown after taking a new position at Kirk & Nice Funeral Homes outside of Philadelphia. After managing those two funeral homes for several years he decided it was time to return to the area he called home. In 2022 Nick joined the staff at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service and is thrilled to be serving families in his home community.


In his free time Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and their five cats. He is an avid hockey fan, as both a player and Flyers follower. He enjoys video games and board games and has a longtime love of music. Nick loves traveling as much as possible, especially when a good music festival is involved.

Jaclyn Sivak

Jaclyn Sivak

Licensed Funeral Director

Jaclyn grew up in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Parkland High School in 2014. She was accepted into the Fall class of 2021 and began majoring in Funeral Service Education at Northampton Community College. During her time in college, she was a member of Sigma Phi Sigma, the Funeral Service Education Club. Jaclyn was a recipient of the Funeral Service Education Scholarship Endowment Award, received a Scholarship for her National Board Exams, and graduated top of her class, receiving the Outstanding Funeral Service Education Student of the Year Award. She is a first-generation funeral director and a certified crematory operator. Jaclyn has a passion to help grieving families in need honor their loved ones. In her free time, Jaclyn enjoys playing with her bun-bun, going on bike rides, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Amanda McGuckin

Amanda McGuckin

Funeral Director Assistant

Amanda joined Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service Ltd. in June of 2022 as a funeral attendant and grew to love funeral service. She also assists with Grieco Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. families. She quickly became a funeral director’s assistant and became a Certified Crematory Operator in April of 2023. Amanda currently resides in Richlandtown, Pennsylvania with her partner, Charles, and their three dogs, Freyja, Lyca, and Stryder. Some of her favorite things are her morning cup of coffee, hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Amanda is the first in her family to go into the funeral profession, and has come to believe that this is her calling helping families honor and celebrate their loved ones during what can be a difficult time.
